The Organisers make no representations or warranties regarding weather conditions, site conditions, environmental factors, or the behaviour of other attendees.

Attendees acknowledge that participation in the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven terrain, weather changes, wildlife, fire pits, camping equipment, and large crowds.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organisers disclaim all liability for any loss, injury, damage, or expense arising from attendance at or participation in the Event, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
